Welcome to iWax Peoria esthetics ! IWax Peoria is based in Peoria,IL. Here we specialize in waxing, but we also provide lash extensions, intimate skin bleaching,facials, and a plethora of body treatments. We pride ourselves in providing an individualized spa experience that brings out the most beautiful parts of each client serviced! All services are provided by a licensed and insured esthetician. 𝓟𝓸𝓵𝓲𝓬𝓲𝓮𝓼 -Please no extra guests! -I require a card on file and a small deposit to secure your appointment. -Deposits are non-refundable unless I am at fault for the missed/inability to complete appointment. - I do not offer refunds. Please contact me if you experience excessive fallout within 72 hours. I will book you a complimentary express fill. - Please make any allergies or insensitivities known prior to your appointment or during. -A consultation is required for all intimate skin bleaching clients. -Appointments are to be booked online. If you are having issues with the website, please reach out to me. -I require at least 40% of your lash extensions to be present in order for your appointment to be considered a fill. Please be mindful of that when booking. - I do not do fills after 3 weeks, you will have to book a full set. - I allow a 10 minute grace period, after that I will assess a $10 late fee, after 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled. Please reach out to me if you are running behind! - Please reach out to me if you cannot make your appointment. If you no show you will be banned from booking any future appointments. -It is also imperative that you read and understand my cancellation policy. I have a zero tolerance policy regarding any revoked deposits, chargebacks, or card freezing. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours. Rescheduling 24 hours or less before your appointment is subject to the cancellation fee as well.
