Explore the gallery to step inside the experience. --- 📌 Studio Policies To preserve the calm, respectful environment my clients value: •Please no extra guests • A card on file and a small deposit are required to secure your appointment • Each appointment may be rescheduled one time using the original deposit. Any additional reschedule requests will require: -A new appointment, and a new deposit, regardless of the reason or notice given. • Deposits are non‑refundable unless I am at fault for the missed or incomplete appointment • No refunds; for lash fallout within 72 hours, a complimentary express fill may be scheduled must be communicated with esthetician at time of fallout • Please disclose any allergies or sensitivities before or during your appointment • Consultations are required for intimate brightening services • All appointments must be booked online; reach out if you need assistance • A 10‑minute grace period is allowed; after 10 minutes, a $10 late fee applies; after 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled • No‑shows will be blocked from future bookings or required to pay in full prior to service • Any chargebacks, revoked deposits, or card disputes result in immediate booking restrictions Thank you for choosing iWax Peoria Esthetics — I look forward to caring for you.
